                                      THE STORY OF THE NAHUALT BEGINS HERE...
In 1975, a 5-year-old boy was playing in his family's backyard in the water and mud after a three-week rainstorm hit the coastal south bay city of Hawthorne, California. while looking for his plastic dinosaurs and soldiers he stepped on something strange, so he reached into the deep water and pulled out a Stange object. he pulled out from the muddy water what many believe to be the remains of an ancient Aztec settlement that has been dated to over 8,000 years old to the last ice-age. the artifacts are older than those found in Mexico at Tenochtitlan. The artifacts have been identified as those belonging to the nahual tribal people. the treasure of artifacts included religious statuary of depictions of the gods, white obsidian arrowheads and ceremonial dagger used in sacrificial ceremonies. some years later the ancient mummified head and other bones unearthed. the site continues to
